The Bluegrass IIBA Chapter will host a panel discussion of Recruiters and Consulting Firms who are currently hiring business analysts in the Bluegrass Region. This is your opportunity to ask questions to the panelists and find out what they look for in business analyst candidates and the current business analysis marketplace. 

Whether you are currently in the market to change jobs, a student that will soon be looking for your first job, a business analyst manager who wants to confirm your alignment with current hiring practices, or just want to investigate the current conditions of the marketplace this session is your opportunity to hear directly from those who actively participate in, and make the decisions, in hiring business analysts.  Recruiters and hiring managers from prominent companies in the Bluegrass Region will discuss their perspectives on effective strategies to transition within, or into, the business analysis marketplace.  These recruiters and hiring managers will take questions from the audience, so come learn what skills, experience and competencies you need to bring to the marketplace to be considered a top candidate and achieve your goals.  This will be a very informative session to find out about the local business analysis marketplace.
