Glenn Thomas, PMP® is Director of IT Governance for the Commonwealth Office of Technology, which provides centralized information technology services for the executive branch of Kentucky state government. Glenn earned his PMP in 2005 and serves as the head of the Commonwealth’s Enterprise Project Management Office. He has worked in state government for 17 years and before that served in the U.S. Army as a research coordinator for 13 years. Glenn has spoken nationally and internationally on a variety of project management and IT-related topics.
