PMI Bluegrass Chapter Meeting
Mindfulness is the art of simply being present in the moment without judgment. Mindful project managers are more likely to take a deliberate, organized approach to project management. This presentation will explore the link between mindfulness and project management. We will explore ways to remain cool, calm, and collected while building solid relationships with your team. Participants will gain techniques that will help relieve stress, enhance communication, and improve performance.
