Description
Project management and organizational change management are complimentary yet distinct disciplines that may overlap during projects and change delivery and are often interdependent when delivering value to the organization.
While projects have specific start and end dates, organizational change management activities frequently continue long after the change is delivered and the project is closed. PMs and OCMs should coordinate their efforts and must present a unified front to the organization as opposed to appearing to be at odds with each other.
This offering combines our Best Practices in Project Management and our Managing Organizational Change & Transition classes to provide a comprehensive view of “both sides of the coin” to ensure success from both the project implementation and organizational adoption perspectives.
