Solarity has been in partnership with the Kentucky Community & Technical College System for over three years. Over this time, Solarity has helped KCTCS:
- develop and deliver customized project management, change management (based on Prosci), and engagement courses,
- tailor and pilot processes and tools, and
- provide staffing services for temporary project managers.
Project and Change Management in Higher Education
