It was great! I think the (Best Practices in Project Management) course is well organized and easy to understand. It covers not only basic principles, components, and procedures but also helpful tips when I actually exercise what I learned. The templates are also concise and elegant. They are simple and well designed. I’ll utilize them when I launch the project of increasing capacity of bottling. I knew some of the PM tools, such as the network diagram, but my knowledge was partial and didn't cover the entire area of Project Management. Now I've got what I need to do all my project management and learned how to use the tools.

This was the high point of my week professionally! Considering this was originally intended to be an in-person training. The team did a fantastic job of being dynamic and offering an engaging online (Project Management Primer) course. I learned quite a bit and had existing knowledge refreshed. Thanks.

I was actually quite pleased with the Live Virtual format for this class (Best Practices in Project Management) The course was truly beneficial, not only for project managers, but also essential for other roles that participate in the project process. I really enjoyed the trainer for this class. He is knowledgeable of the subject, experienced in the methods & tools, presents content in an efficient & relevant manner and interacts with the class, down to the individual level, with interest and great feedback. Having been in project management in my past employment and still performing some levels of it in my current position, I've noticed my attention to detail and adherence to process & documentation waning to some degree, it was important to refocus & retrain on the basics as our organization needs a formal process to handle projects.

The topic (Organizational Change & Transition) itself is probably one that is undervalued and underutilized. Having seen some of the recent changes, and upcoming challenges, in our organization, I have a new respect for organizational change and transition tools and techniques and their impact on fostering change.

Our organization is going through significant change and this class (Organizational Change & Transition) will be incredibly beneficial to help with that transition. I was hoping to learn techniques that would help me with my interactions, requests and projects related to generational changes in our organization. In the IT field, you have to know how to bridge generations...some of whom want the latest and greatest, others who can't function without email and a spreadsheet. My expectations were absolutely met. This class will be especially important in conjunction with the Best Practices in Project Management class. Having the same trainer for both classes (on back to back days) really made them flow well and intertwine. He had a high knowledge of the subject matter and also a very effective delivery of the information. I appreciated his candor and levity during class and he both listened well and responded accordingly to inquiries.

This class far exceeded my expectations. I am already planning out different pieces to apply. Materials were extremely helpful. Exercises reinforced objectives. The trainer was outstanding. He was engaging and knowledgeable. The conversations we had were enlightening.
